Question: What organism do we worry about with contact lens patients?
Answer: Contact lens wearers have a higher incidence of pseudomonas, which is a dangerous bacterium to have infect the cornea. Any contact lens wearer with a cornea ulcer needs to be cultured and covered with more powerful antibiotics like a fluoroquinilone or fortified antibiotics.

Getting ready to take my NCLE soon and looking at various websites, this is a great one. It helps support my spectacle backround and beefs up further questions I have. I thought Acanthamoeba was the big culprit!
